The Client is the largest government owned utility company serving more than 4 Million customers. It provides water and waste water management services across their region. Business Situation
It dealt with decreased employees' efficiency as its employees did not have access to backend IT Systems while on the move, a shortcoming that was prevalent in most of its business processes such as Enterprise Asset Management, Meter Reading and Bill Generation, Consumer Care, and Hajj Travel Assistance.
They collaborated with the Saudi Government set up drinking water and municipal centers in various places to cater to approximately 3 million Hajj Pilgrims that arrive each year.
