Using an Early Warning System

Barry L. Duncan, Psy.D.’s work in consumer rights and client feedback led to his partnering with Dr. Scott Miller in developing the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), which has been implemented across the US and Canada, as well as in 20 countries that include national implementation in couple and family centers in Norway. PCOMS is included in SAMHSA’s National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices.

MyOutcomes recently hosted a webinar by Dr. Barry Duncan where he explained how to use an “early warning system” in your practice.

Ready to do something about it?

Then sign up to view this valuable webinar by Dr. Duncan in which you will learn:

How to institute a research validated early warning system in your practice.
How to improve your effectiveness through early identification of clients who are not responding to therapy.
How to introduce the Outcome Rating Scale and validate the client via the clinical cut-off.
How to connect the client’s marks to his or her described experience/reasons for service.
