About the Client
The client, a Qatar based shipping company was established in 2004 by the State of Qatar to own, operate and manage liquefied natural gas vessels. The company operates in the maritime precinct and provides services to a large number of companies within the Qatari hydrocarbon sector. Business Situation & Requirements
With more than 2000 employees and a considerable number of contingent workforce, this organization was confronting issues with streamlining its workforce alongside challenges in benchmarking execution levels of each representative. The current framework needed perceivability and brought about an ineffective contracting and evaluation process.

Delivery Model
Care was taken in re-skilling and training using “train the trainer model” at the client place. Quality audits, quality management review along with quality assurance and control activities like module testing, integration testing, system testing and UAT were performed.
