The client is a multi- million dollar manufacturing and distribution company based out of Philippines with customers spread across Asia – Pacific region. With more than 50 years of expertise they are market leaders in industrial and household adhesives, sealants, specialty coatings, insulation, packaging and other products.



Business Situation

 
Due to the large size of the client's global operations and an extensive team of more than 80 sales representatives the need to streamline sales and marketing activities was paramount. The client did not have a standard sales and marketing dashboard due to which there was low visibility on the sales funnel management. This resulted in lost opportunities, operational challenges, high client attrition and lack of real time visibility for reliable decision making.

Kaar with its prior experience in implementing various SAP modules including SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM for major clients in Middle East & the rest of the world, proposed Hybris Cloud for Customer as the best fit solution for the client to cater to all the current and future business requirements and provide maximum flexibility for both the management and end users. Based on our knowledge gained through multiple discussions, Kaar understands that a robust CRM system was the need of the hour as an excel based tracking and reporting system lead to loss of critical data and poor lead management.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales goes beyond traditional CRM sales software as it equips the sales team to close more deals in today's complex selling environment. Hybris Cloud of Sales help the sales team perform better as it provides the right solution, from planning territories and quotas, managing customer pipeline, building solid forecasts and benefit from insights and reporting in real-time. The solutions will encompass 100+ internal end users, 5,000+ investors (existing and new investors). The goal was to standardize the client's sales process and enable loyalty management by rewarding through quantity purchased or selling criteria.
 






Scope of Work






 
Through a series of meetings and demo sessions with the client, Kaar was able togather the exact requirements of the client and provide the best fit solution to address the client's pain points.

Kaar's recommendations are based on its experience in implementing SAP Cloud for Customer solution for companies that are of similar size and nature of business as the client.

Kaar would carry out the proposed implementation for the client within 3 months followed by 1 month of Post Go-Live support, where Kaar will implement SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales features (Sales & Marketing). We would have the required project resources working on an Onsite/Offshore model.

Our seamlessly integrated delivery model and breadth of international experience would ensure strategic alignment with client's objectives, high operational effectiveness, quality assurance, transparency and strict accountability. The scope of
work would include customer database & lifecycle, marketing, lead & workflow management, sales planning, forecasting, activity & opportunity management and quotation/order management.
